The project aimed to implement a secure and shared cloud system for planning, accounting and controlling capable of optimizing the budgeting process for internal and external projects and calculating the performance indicators (KPIs) for each project and for each company department.

The KPIs make the management able to verify the achievement of the weekly and monthly objectives by each office and to analyze the causes of the deviations, sending alerts to project managers when deadlines are approaching and in case of critical events (budget overruns, delays in deliveries by suppliers, incomplete or missing administrative documents, …), improving the management of human resources and the modulation of the effort on individual projects and reducing management time and costs.
