OBJECTIVES

PROJECT STRUCTURE

The PaRS&C project is divided into three parts, each one associated with one of the services made available by the Innoprocess call.

  • Support services for organization change
  • Production processes support services based on autonomously communicating technologies and devices
  • Support for the information security management system implementation

Support services for organization change

This part deals with the implementation of the RS-I75 system whose objectives are to allow:

  • the company procedures mapping according to the Best Practices for a “good and complete” procedure (adhering to the ISO 9001 standard and the 231 model and meeting the company specific needs)
  • their digitalization by using custom tools capable of automating procedures and providing support tools to the company

Production processes support services based on autonomously communicating technologies and devices

This part deals with the creation of a cloud platform (PiC) for:

  • the implementation of the RS-I75 procedures
  • the monitoring of business processes performance
  • the leading of procedures execution according to RPA (Robotic Process Automation)

Support for the information security management system implementation

This part deals with the development of cloud infrastructure modules and configurations required to guarantee the PiC system robustness and security in order to allow access to data, services continuity and data storage

SOLUTIONS

The identified solutions lead to the introduction in the company of the RS-I75 and PiC tools thus granting the following company upgrades:

  • know-how constitution and consolidation
  • processes automation, optimization and standardization
  • process performance estimation
  • single process efficiency improvement thanks to a secure and robust cloud infrastructure
  • capability to offer the same service to new potential customers thus penetrating a market oriented to digitization and automatic control of corporate assets

SOLUTIONS
